How we handle your data, the rules for using the platform, and the risks involved in trading.
We collect the email address you register with, the display name and optional profile details you choose to add, and the account records you create by using the platform: wallet balances, transactions, orders, positions, watchlists, alerts and support messages.
Your records are readable only by your own signed-in account and by platform administrators who need them for support, funding and compliance work. We do not sell personal data.
You can update your profile at any time from Settings, and you can ask support to close your account, which removes your profile and account records.
An account is personal to you. Keep your password confidential and tell support immediately if you believe someone else has access.
Orders, transfers and withdrawals are processed against the balances recorded on your account. Requests may be held, declined or reversed where they breach these terms, platform limits or applicable law.
We may change platform features, fees and limits. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
Trading involves risk. Prices can move sharply, and leveraged products can lose more than the amount initially committed.
